This was a complete refurbishment with new building works to an old terrace house. The rear of the ground floor had a new single-storey extension which created extra living space and a new kitchen area. The existing ground floor rear wall of the house was removed and steel beams installed so the new kitchen and living room space became one. We also added a new loft conversion which created an additional bedroom and ensuite space.
All new door frames and doors, skirtings, staircase, flooring, and ironmongery throughout the entire property. The rear garden had new fence panelling installed and the lawn area was seeded. The property also had all-new plumbing and electrics and was decorated to a high standard.
